From media training sessions for a new Nokia Director, through a presentation on the European Broadcasting Industry for Japanese TV CEOs, to delivering courses on international mass communications to Boston University post-graduates - Paul offers knowledgeable advice spiced with anecdotes garnered through extensive travel and years spent in domestic and international broadcasting with the BBC and other UK broadcasters.

The multiplicity of communication channels and the huge quantity of raw information now available make it much more difficult to understand the world's continuing differences in culture, society and economics.  Appreciating these differences is often the key to success in any international media endeavour and is a major element in Paul's approach to assignments.

Paul has lived and worked in North America, and studied in Europe for which he has a special interest.  A former Chairman of the Association of European Journalists' British Section, he has been actively involved in cross border European media activity and the drawing up of pan-European broadcasting regulations.

An on-going assignment is an annual 3-day visit programme to London by European corporate communication executives which Paul devises and arranges to show something of the latest developments in Europe's most dynamic media market, and to demonstrate some of the UK's more endearing idiosyncrasies!
